HOW EXPERIENCE SHOULD AFFECT
YOUR CHOICE OF A LAWYER
Good judgment, someone once said,
comes from experience and experience comes from bad judgment.
Your decision to hire a lawyer will
determine the nature of your experience when confronted by legal problems.
Not all legal problems are bad
experiences. Writing wills and trusts or
negotiating contracts can be very good experiences. Lawsuits, including divorces and other family
law matters can be very unhappy experiences made worse if the lawyer you choose
is not qualified.
Mr. Trippett has been practicing law
for more than 40 years. During that time
he has tried many legal cases, including divorces and contract disputes and has
represented many litigants. He has also
been a senior legal officer of major corporations including CF&I Steel
Corporation, British Aerospace, Inc. and SAAB Aircraft of America, Inc.
In the area of Wills and Trusts Mr.
Trippett has experience in estates both locally and with international
complications. (He speaks Norwegian and is associated with a firm that assists
in handling estates of Norwegian citizens living in the US).
Mr. Trippett was a design engineer at
Boeing on the Boeing B-747 and is very familiar with technological issues,
including licensing of technology. Hi is a mulit-engine flight instructor with experience in handling certificate action matters. He has also been involved in many very complicated financial agreements for the
financing of aircraft and that financial experience has translated to the
ability to resolve complex financial matters favorably for his clients.
If you need someone who is not only
friendly and well respected (Mr. Trippett is a member of the Disciplinary Board
of the Washington State Bar Association), give him a call. His fees are reasonable and he is determined
to be there for you when you need him.
